Read the instruction below to run KwickPOS self order mode on tablet, including iPad, Android tablet and Windows tablet. Before setting up kiosk, you may need to set up static IP address on your tablet.

1. Setting Static IP address

If you are using iPad as self order tablet, click here to learn more how to set up static IP address on iPad.

2. Running KwickPOS on Tablet

Open iPad browser and enter the KwickPOS server IP address on browser. Use BOSS password to login the terminal.
Default KwickPOS server IP address is 192.168.1.88. If your device IP address is not on the network segment, please contact our tech support for right KwickPOS server IP.
Go to Back Office -> SetUp -> Terminal, select your iPad with the static IP address. Select Terminal Mode -> Kiosk (Self Service).
When you finish editing, tap Save to save the change.
Tap Home at the navigation bar to go to order entry. Now your iPad is ready for self order service.
Tap “+” icon on the upper right of the screen to create a home screen icon on home page. Tap Add to Home Screen.
Tap Add and  your KwickPOS Self Order Web App will show on your home screen. You can quickly access to self order interface next time.
