Program to read weight from CAS SW series scale to KwickPOS.

For windows 7/10

1. Connect scale to COM2
Connect your CAS SW series scale to COM2. If want to connect to a different port, see notes 1 below

2. To setup the software in windows 7 or 10:
a. transfer the \KPscaleCAS1.0 folder to the computer, for example, C:\
b. create a shortcut to the file scaleCAS1.0.exe on the desktop,
c. change the property(right click on the shortcut) of the shortcut to run in “Minimized” window
d. copy the shortcut to startup folder (open the startup folder by copying the following path to file explorer:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
e. double click the shortcut to run the  program or restart the computer to autorun.

notes:
1. Default serial port used is COM2. If want to connect to a different port, change the port name in file: config.txt
2. When this program is running, there is a dos window running minimized. If this window is closed, the program will stop working. Restart terminal computer to run again.
3. When the scale is starting, a large reading(as large as several hundreds or thousands) will show up for about 8, 9 seconds, until the scale is ready. Then the reading will be 0.

*SW-5, SW-10, SW-50 should also work.
